Navy Blue Pea Coats and Chelsea Boots covered in Slush

After three classes  today a cup of tea and good book is all I need. My text book for my Communication and Popular Culture is my newest accessory that I don't mind showing off because I am glad I am taking interest in my classes. To drown my self in a text so intoxicating that I can't let it go and finding your voice through it. Isn't that what college is about?, making yourself known to the world?  Taking classes that you're interested and not quite knowing you're major is. I've been listening to my floor mates complain about all of the boring classes they are taking... and I'm just thinking "why are you taking these classes if they are so dreadful it is your money that you're wasting and your future.." Please if you're in this situation be honest with yourself and get yourself out of that class there is no time to waste!!!

Afternoon in Dumbo, Brooklyn

Dumbo Brooklyn is the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Take a stroll on the Brooklyn Bridge and you'll be directed to the best views of Manhattan. Here is a little warning, the bridge is rather crowded with tourist this time of year or really anytime of the year. However on the other side of the Bridge is a rustic turned hip place to relax and enjoy amazing views of Manhattan. Make sure to stop by for some hot chocolate at the The Brooklyn Ice Cream factory or go with an amazingly well done shake with a side of crinkle fries from Shake Shack. Need to do a little holiday shopping? Pop in to West Elm, or a hit a few a book stores ups to find that perfect gift.

Autumn Festivities

Last weekend I went to Queens to go pumpkin picking with a few of my friends. It was my first time in Queens and no it may not be the city but it does have it's own beauty. It was nice to just venture out to unfamiliar borough and see what the place has to offer. Let me just say it did rain the night before and its probably not the best idea to be wearing any flats of sort especially if you're running around in a corn maze.

Buffalo Exchange finds

Buffalo Exchange is always a hit or miss, but I love a great steal! If you don't know what Buffalo Exchange its a consignment store where you could buy, sell or exchange your clothing. The one thing that I do not like about Buffalo exchange is that can be over price. Somethings are just not worth the price. Sweater: originally Gap (usually offered during the holiday seasons) corduroy skirt: american apparel, shoes: trotter ( can be found on etsy)

HELLO AUTUMN

Autumn is finally here and I am beyond excited to wear some fall like colors? sure fall like colors thats what we'll call it. I can not wait to for all the leaves to change colors and fall. TIS the season for boots, scarves and of course sweater weather.
